Presentation of Your Business Plan |

No organization is too small to produce a business plan! Even if you are a sole trader, it makes sense, put your thoughts and expectations on paper into a semblance of order. If nothing else it gives you a yardstick by which you can be the reality in different stages of development to compare your company. From its foundation until the first month, then in the first year and plan to 3 years or 5 years.

The hardest thing is to produce the first, and of course for the beginner entrepreneur can often seem like a rather arduous task. But there are places you go for help.

The first is your bank. When you open an account (any company, regardless of size, requires a necessity) your bank manager (or consultant of the bank for small businesses) can say they love to see a business plan. (Especially if you are looking for a startup loan / development). Most banks (or other financial institutions) have business plans and organizations in business development model is also a good place to pick up the victory overall guidance / assistance in the establishment or expansion of a business relationship, including the outline for drawing their own business plan. The financial plans and forecasts
It may seem strange to have the summary at the beginning of the process, but in fact it is the only part of the paper you write, but last show ?Forward?. This is because all points in the following pages (depending on your content directory) contains the highlights. It serves as an introduction to arouse the reader?s appetite and encourage them to read more.

The overview of the activities should be an introduction to your company where you are, why you think you can create and build such a company and what are your plans.

The section on business strategy to their needs ?modus operandi? condition. In essence, how you plan to ?go about your business.?

Marketing is really a plan for yourself (and I?m writing a series of other articles on this all important later ? so keep an eye on them). Personally, I break this ?plan in a plan? in the following areas:

Market Research
Product / Service
Contests and USPS (unique selling proposition)
Strategy ? including marketing and public relations
Pricing and positioning
Budget Committee
Targets
Analysis of results
Your team and management structure is optional if you are a * are individual entrepreneurs, but otherwise what you are talking about the strengths of your first employee (s), recruitment, training, the ?family tree? and systems management that you have, or already in force. You can also include external consultants to help you recruit or on the basis of.

Last but not least, the key is in my budget. This should include:

Start-up / Development Finance
Investments
Profit and loss statement forecast
Forward estimate
Cash Flow Forecast
The business case.
Thus armed with the preliminary presentation of your business plan you are ready to begin to ?fill gaps?. Feel free to adapt and revise your model as you work your way through the production of your document.
