LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - According to multiple sources, now former UCA Coach Corliss Williamson is head back to the NBA. Williamson is expected to be named as an assistant coach with the Sacramento Kings.
Williamson accepted the job Thursday, Aug. 1., but the terms of the contract have not been announced.? He informed his players Thursday night.?
UCA had not released a statement as of late Thursday night, but a meeting is scheduled for Friday morning, and according to sources, current assistant coach Clarence Finley is expected to take over interim duties.
